It's sad to think that there are still people who drive four-wheel vehicles who are ignorant of the fact that there are other sentient beings/dogs/cats on the road that they drive onto. Minimum 2.5L of water. Parang lumalagpas pa ako doon.

I usually reserve intermittent fasting (no water or food) for physical exams.
I'd rather go sa water fasting na lang. Para na kasing parusa yung IF. Ang sakit pa sa bangs pag gagawin kahit every other month.
